Yee, featuring a 15-year-old girl who discovers she has the power to bash the gates of Heaven with her fists as she defends her Bay Area suburb from a hellish demon; and Jack and the Geniuses: Book Two by Bill Nye and Gregory Mone, illus. by Nick Iluzada, in which Jack, his brilliant siblings, and inventor Hank tackle the mystery behind the sabotage of a tech billionaire’s electricity plant.
